Field Training. To keep expenses to a minimum, we suggest that you
plan on completing the Field Training during your initial visit. This
will take about one week to complete. You will be trained on
actual jobs as well as training in a controlled environment at our
Manufacturing Facility. We recommend this training for you
as well as at least one other person. Usually this will be
the person that you hire to help with installations.
Sales. We will review pricing, sales literature and other sales material
such as photographs, color samples, miniature model ceilings,
Home Show booth design and construction and other sales venues.
Accounting. We offer the option of providing a custom version of
Peachtree Accounting that is tailored to Undercover Systems business
model. We have found that Peachtree is valuable in tracking Job
Costing and is a very good accounting software package. If this option
is part of your package, training will be included.
Salesforce®. Salesforce® is a required element of our Dealership Agreement. Salesforce® is a sales tracking software program that is
an invaluable tool for sales calls and follow-up. The process of
tracking starts when you receive the first call or contact. The callers’
information is entered and the tracking process starts. This forces
you to follow up and keep yourself in their thoughts until they are ready
to make a decision.
Web Page. We will create a page on our website for your Dealership that includes all contact information as well as photos of completed
jobs. These photos will be replaced by your completed jobs once available.
Quick Start Program. We will assist you in creating a schedule for
Direct Mail Advertising and Home Show Exhibits. We will have a
calendar of mail dates for the Direct Mail Advertising provider in your
area as well as the dates of upcoming Home Shows. Commitment
to these two venues are mandatory. |
