My name is Tom Stevens. I am the founder and CEO of Undercover Systems, Inc.
First, I want to thank you for visiting our website. We have just completed a renovation of our site and we hope that you will find your visit with us to be both informative and helpful in making your decision on your Underdeck area.
I founded Undercover Systems in 1995. I had actually created the product many years prior to 1995 and after receiving encouragement from my family, friends and associates, I decided to launch Undercover Systems and start offering our product in Metro Atlanta, GA.
I spent the first six months setting up the business. We developed a business plan which included resources for materials, outside manufacturing, advertising, obtaining a patent for our design and most importantly we created the Undercover Way of interaction with our customers.
One of the first things on our list for Installers was that they would have to be our employees. We have never and will never use subcontractors to install our product. When we look at hiring someone, I personally ask myself if I would be comfortable with that person being in my home. If the answer isn’t a resounding YES, that person is not hired. You can be assured that our installers will be courteous, neat, thorough in their explanation of the ceiling and also we will clean up the jobsite. We will remove all debris and leave only the clean, beautiful ceiling as evidence that we have been at your home.
Our next step in our Business Plan was to start offering our product in other parts of the Country. We couldn’t manage those offices ourselves so we created a Dealership Program each being a mirror image of our operation here in Georgia. Each Dealership is an independent company, but each location is governed by our strict rules on Customer Service and Total Customer Satisfaction. You can be assured that you will receive the same Award Winning Service at each of our locations as our customers have grown to expect in the Georgia market.
After creating several Dealerships and also growing our business here in Georgia, we decided it was time to bring all of our operation in house. We purchased land, built a building and purchased equipment to produce all of our product ourselves. This has been quite an investment, but the investment was essential to guarantee continuous supply and also to insure that our quality standards were not being compromised by any outside source. We are just completing our third year of manufacturing and it has been a resounding success. Our equipment is all State-of-the-Art and the quality of our finished product is second to none.
We are now positioned in the market place to bring our product to all parts of the Country and be confident in our ability to serve our Dealers and their Customers.
